Kabaragala is a mountain situated in the Dolosbage mountain range in the central province of Sri Lanka. It is renowned as the highest mountain peak in Dolosbage mountain range. Kabaragala is approximately 1506 meters in height.
Local and foreign tourists are also keen to camp at the top of Kabaragala Hill. It has a very cold climate as it is located at a high altitude above sea level.
It is very much similar to Horton plains due to its flat terrain at the top and the huge drop similar to the World’s End. The highest point is at the right of the terrain.
From Kandy take the Kandy Road to Peradeniya and proceed to Gampola. Turn onto the Gampola - Craighead Road and proceed to Dolosbage.
